LE TRAITEMENT DES DONN\u00c9ES \u00c0 CARACT\u00c8RE PERSONNEL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ces produits sont garantis par Comersim S.A.U. avec la garantie l\u00e9gale pr\u00e9vue par le D\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif royal espagnol 1\/2007 du 16 novembre, texte consolid\u00e9 par la Loi g\u00e9n\u00e9rale espagnole pour la d\u00e9fense des consommateurs et des utilisateurs ainsi que d\u2019autres lois espagnoles compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la garantie, il est indispensable de compl\u00e9ter le formulaire de Registre de garantie<\/a> disponible sur notre site. La garantie s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 tous les pays o\u00f9 ce produit est distribu\u00e9. La garantie est soumise aux dispositions l\u00e9gales en vigueur dans chaque pays. Couverture de garantie<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. La garantie couvre une p\u00e9riode d\u20191 an \u00e0 compter du moment de la livraison.<\/li>
  2. La conformit\u00e9 du produit est garantie en vertu de l\u2019utilisation pour laquelle il est destin\u00e9.<\/li>
  3. Au cours de la p\u00e9riode de garantie, nous corrigerons sans frais tout d\u00e9faut de fonctionnement de l\u2019appareil issu de sa fabrication, soit en le r\u00e9parant, soit en rempla\u00e7ant les pi\u00e8ces ou en fournissant un nouvel appareil, \u00e0 condition que l\u2019option choisie soit r\u00e9alisable et ne repr\u00e9sente pas une disproportion \u00e9conomique \u00e0 notre jugement. Afin d\u2019opter \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, le titulaire devra contacter un service technique autoris\u00e9 par la marque. Pour toute autre solution, il devra contacter l\u2019\u00e9tablissement fournisseur.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Nullit\u00e9 de la garantie<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    La pr\u00e9sente garantie ne sera pas valide dans les cas suivants :<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Utilisation inappropri\u00e9e du produit.<\/li>
    2. Mauvaise manipulation du produit par une personne non autoris\u00e9e.<\/li>
    3. D\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du produit en raison d\u2019agents externes comme le calcaire ou autres produits nocifs, chimiques, obstructifs ou corrosifs.<\/li>
    4. Entretien inappropri\u00e9.<\/li>
    5. Absence de nettoyage.<\/li>
    6. Utilisation de pi\u00e8ces de rechange non originales de la marque.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      La garantie ne couvre pas non plus l\u2019utilisation et l\u2019usure habituelle ni l\u2019entretien ou le remplacement des consommables. La pr\u00e9sente garantie n\u2019affecte pas les droits dont dispose le titulaire conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce qui est \u00e9tabli par le Royal d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif espagnol 1\/2007 du 16 novembre, qui approuve le texte consolid\u00e9 par la loi g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur la d\u00e9fense des consommateurs et des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
