Terms of guarantee<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These products are guaranteed by Comersim S.A.U. with the legal guarantee provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To benefit from the guarantee, the <\/strong>Guarantee Registration<\/strong><\/a> Form available on our website must be completed. The guarantee extends to all countries in which this product is distributed. The guarantee is subject to the legal provisions in force in each country. Guarantee Coverage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The guarantee is for a period of 1 year from the time of delivery.<\/li>
  2. The product is guaranteed to be fit for the use for which it is intended.<\/li>
  3. Within the guarantee period, we will remedy, free of charge, any malfunction of the device due to a manufacturing defect, either by repair, replacement of parts, or the provision of a new device, provided that the option chosen is feasible and is not in our view economically disproportionate. To be eligible for repair, the owner must contact a dealer authorised by the brand. For any other form of resolution, please contact the retailer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Invalidity of the guarantee<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This guarantee will not be valid in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Improper use of the product.<\/li>
    2. Improper handling of the product by unauthorised persons.<\/li>
    3. Deterioration of the product due to external agents such as limescale or other harmful, chemical, obstructive, or corrosive products.<\/li>
    4. Inadequate maintenance.<\/li>
    5. Inadequate cleaning.<\/li>
    6. Use of non-original spare parts.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Nor does it cover normal wear and tear, or the maintenance or replacement of consumables. This guarantee does not affect the rights of the holder in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
